Enjoy your Carista App experience with confidence! Here’s a quick overview of our refund policy for different subscriptions and purchases. Refund eligibility depends on your subscription type, usage, and where you made your purchase. Check out the details below.
iOS Users:
- Apple’s refund policies apply. Contact Apple directly: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android Users:
- Monthly Subscription: No refunds. You retain access until the end of the billing period.

Quarterly (3-Month) & Annual (12-Month) Subscriptions:
- Full refund if canceled within 14 days and the App was not extensively used (e.g., changed customizations).
- No refunds after 14 days, but access remains until the billing cycle ends.
Carista App Pro 12-Month Access:
- Full refund if canceled within 14 days and the App was not extensively used (e.g., changed customizations).
Bundle Purchase (Carista EVO + Carista App Pro 12-Month Access):
- Full refund if canceled within 14 days and the App was not extensively used (e.g., changed customizations).
- After 14 days but within 30 days, the Carista scanner can be returned, but the Carista App Pro 12-Month Access is non-refundable.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted via the Carista App → More section (the gear icon in the bottom navigation bar) → "Report a problem" → Type "Refund request" in the "Describe the problem" field.
Third-Party Purchases:
- If bought from a distributor, contact them directly for refunds.
