Once you have your Carista App Pro Partner Key or the EVO + Carista App Pro Partner Key bundle, follow the steps below to access it and unlock the full set of Pro features.
Step 1: Download Carista App
Start by downloading the Carista App from the following:
- App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
Step 2: Create an Account or Log In
Open the Carista App and either create a new account or log in if you already have one.
Step 3: Cancel Auto-Renewal
Skip this step if you don't have an active subscription.
If you're currently subscribed to Carista, you can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription by following these simple steps for iOS and Android:
iOS (Apple):
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple Account.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Tap Carista, then select Cancel Subscription.
- A pop-up will appear for you to confirm your cancellation. Confirm it to complete the process.
Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions and then tap Subscriptions.
- Find Carista in the list of active subscriptions, tap it, and select Cancel subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation in the follow-up prompt.
This should ensure your auto-renewal is successfully canceled on either platform.
Step 4: Find and tap the "Partner Key" field
To access the "Partner Key" field, tap the gear icon located at the bottom right of the Carista App, then select the "Partner Key" option from the menu.
Step 5: Enter your Carista App Partner Key
Type your unique Carista App Partner Key in the "Enter your partner key here" field (1) and tap "Submit" (2) to unlock your access.
Step 6: Voilà, Your Key is Activated!
That’s it! You’ve successfully redeemed your Partner Key. Now you’re ready to unlock the full potential of the Carista App and enjoy its amazing features. Remember, the Carista App performs best when paired with Carista EVO!

Oops! "Key validation failed"
Reason 1: An issue occurred. It could be a problem with your internet connection, a typo in the key, or another glitch. Please double-check your key and try again.
Reason 2: You’ve entered the key incorrectly more than 5 times. In this case, please wait 1 hour, review your key carefully, and try again.
