If you’ve purchased the Carista App Pro 12-Month Access or the EVO + Carista App Pro 12-Month Access bundle from our official stores, your activation code will be emailed to you shortly.

Congrats on getting a Carista App Pro 12-month activation code!

Your access won’t be activated until you complete the next steps. Unlock your Carista App Pro features and start exploring your car’s hidden capabilities by following these instructions:

Step 1: Download Carista App

Start by downloading the Carista App from the following:

• App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)

Step 2: Create an Account or Log In

Open the Carista App and either create a new account or log in if you already have one.

Step 3: Cancel Auto-Renewal

Skip this step if you don't have an active subscription.

If you're currently subscribed to Carista, you can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription by following these simple steps for iOS and Android:

iOS (Apple):

• Open the Settings app on your device.
• Tap your name at the top to access your Apple Account.
• Select Subscriptions. 
• Tap Carista, then select Cancel Subscription.
• A pop-up will appear for you to confirm your cancellation. Confirm it to complete the process.

Android (Google Play):

• Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
• Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
• Go to Payments & Subscriptions and then tap Subscriptions.
• Find Carista in the list of active subscriptions, tap it, and select Cancel subscription.
• Confirm your cancellation in the follow-up prompt.

This should ensure your auto-renewal is successfully canceled on either platform.

Step 4: Find and Tap the "Promo Code" Field

To access the "Promo Code" field, tap the gear icon located at the bottom right of the Carista App, then select the "Promo code" option from the menu.

Step 5: Enter Your Activation Code

Type your unique activation code in the "Enter your code here" field (1) and tap "Redeem" (2) to activate it.

Step 6: Voila, Your Code is Activated!

That’s it! You’ve successfully activated your code. Now you’re ready to unlock the full potential of the Carista App and enjoy its amazing features. Remember, the Carista App performs best when paired with Carista EVO!

Oops! "Code validation failed"

Reason 1: An issue occurred. It could be a problem with your internet connection, a typo in the code, or another glitch. Please double-check your code and try again.

Reason 2: You’ve entered the code incorrectly more than 5 times. In this case, please wait 1 hour, review your code carefully, and try again.
