At Carista, we value your privacy and provide a simple way to access your consent data through Consent Management. Follow the steps below to find your ID to request consent data and send it to our Support Team.
Step 1: Open the Carista App & Access Consent Management
If you haven’t set your Privacy Settings
When you launch the Carista App for the first time, the Consent Management screen will appear.
Tap "Manage Settings" to modify consent and review all third-party technologies.
If you have already set your Privacy Settings
You can still access “Manage Settings” at any time by tapping:
More section (the gear icon in the bottom navigation bar) → Manage consent.
Once there, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Locate your consent data ID
- On the Manage Settings screen, navigate to the "Services" (1) tab.
- Scroll down until you find the field labeled "ID to request consent data" (2).
- Tap the copy button (3) next to the ID to copy it to your clipboard.
To close the screen, you must select one of the following options: “Deny,” “Accept All,” or “Save Settings” (4). If you choose “Save Settings” without making any changes, your previously selected preferences will remain unchanged.
Step 3: Send your consent data request
Once you have copied your Consent Data ID, you can use two options to request your data.
Option 1: Send an Email
- Open your email and compose a message to support@caristaapp.com.
- Paste the copied Consent Data ID into the email. Include a short request stating you’d like to receive your consent data.
Option 2: Use the "Customer service" feature
- Open the Carista App.
- Tap the More section (the gear icon in the bottom navigation bar) → Customer service.
- In the "Write a message" field, paste your Consent Data ID and mention that you are requesting your consent data.
- Send the request.
