How to cancel my Carista App Pro subscription?

Follow the instructions below depending on where you purchased your subscription.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play app.

2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

3. Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

4. Choose your Carista subscription and tap Cancel.

iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Tap your name at the top.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select your Carista subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

shop.carista.com (Direct Purchase)

1. Go to carista.com/collections/all

2. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner.

3. Log in using the email address you used to purchase the subscription.

4. Once logged in, go to Manage Subscription.
